This week goes to Todd Grantham and his boys.

Great, great effort.

Considering how tough you’ve been on him, a lot of it justified, that is high praise.

Yeah this win was all about the D. Grantham deserves a lot of credit for this afternoon. He crushed Auburn, I don't think I've seen him call a better game. He drinks for free in Gainesville forever after tonight!

I'm so non-plussed by Auburn.

I THINK we'll have a tougher time with LSU, but it's still early enough to not know how good they are.

You could argue that his defense only gave up 7 points - and even then, that was left by the offense. All 13 points came off of drives started on our side of the field after fumbles. Extremely impressive.

They’re like Auburn’s polar opposite. All offense, no defense. Which is very weird for them. And they still have Ogre coaching. I like our chances better there than against Auburn.

This is the best Grantham defense. Better than I ever IMAGINED on his best night today. I expected sacks but I expected them to run all day on us.

The D’s gap discipline was on point. The dline did an awesome job getting up field to pressure Nix, but always maintained their gaps. Big ups to Grantham. Can’t wait for next week, already smelling corn dogs.

What I'm hearing, too. We're a ballhawking bunch of Dobermans. I think we may match up well.

How many gd times did they bail us out tonight due to the offense’s turnovers?

What an excellent game he called and a lot of praise goes to our oline for keeping a (somewhat) clean pocket for Trask. Damn kid has gotta figure out how to get rid of the ball and not fumble it.

Without the turnovers, that’s an easy victory for us....4 or 5 tds.
