Thinking about next year's OL depth chart

Taven Bryan???

52 Travaris Dorsey OL 6' 2" 333 SO
53 KavarisHarkless OL 6' 5" 282 SO

63 Trip Thurman OL 6' 5" 310 RSR

54 Cameron Dillard OL 6' 4" 297 RSO
Antonio Riles???

55 Rod Johnson OL 6' 6" 310 RSO
77 Andrew Mike OL 6' 6" 276 SO



That's a whole lot of question marks. Rod Johnson is the only guy who has actually looked capable on the field. Thurman is hohum, a guy that shares time with Mary Moore. I don't think Kelleher, Harkless, or Dorsey have seen the field. I had high hopes for Dillard and Dorsey. I don't expect Andrew Mike to ever see the field. I didn't bother with Riles. I know some depth charts are showing him at DT and some on OL. That tells me hew won't see the field either.

Injuries on the OL are a given. This is going to be a very long year. We will be playing kids who are currently in HS next year or walkons. I can't think of the last time I saw one who was a ready to play as a true freshman.

I can't imagine a better way to destroy a program.

Ivey could step in right away. Laremy tunsil did pretty good as a frosh. We could probably add a juco or two to add some depth. It doesn't look pretty . Is there any chance at all Humphries stays?

There's a kid from Wyoming they'll probably need to move him back over from the defensive line. I'm pretty sure teven Westbrook would be better suited as a linemen aswell. Wow mclwain has his work cut out for him

I just hope we don t get too desperate and bring in a few bad pennies along the way in our haste to get back to 85, but smaller rosters can have good and bad, more bad results too, more olaying time but injuries really hurt then.

He's maybe #245 ??? They will almost have to flip someone from defensive line over to the offensive side. I've also heard that Joey Ivie's younger brother is a pretty good offensive lineman in HS. Is he still committed ? Any way you look at it, it ain't looking good.

It's a pretty desperate situation, but it's not impossible. Most kids aren't ready to see the field as a freshman offensive lineman, but we've found guys like the Pouncey's before. Heck that true freshman tackle at Alabama handled Fowler pretty well in what must have been his third or fourth college game.

Mike Pouncey played DEFENSE as a true freshman and Markice redshirted, I think.

Even those guys certainly weren't ready as freshmen.
