Drinking wise:
  1. Get drunk fast = Three Kings. You just deal around the table with cards face up. 1st King dealt pours, 2nd King dealt drinks as much or as little as they want, 3rd King has to kill it.
  2. Get drunk while drinking beer all night and talking while listening to music = Spades is good for that. Not too much thought, but just enough... and reneging gets easier as people get drunker! ;)
Question for the Spades players. Do you see reneging as:
  1. Cheating, or
  2. An integral, and strategic, part of the game?
Cheating, though I never discount the possibility of stupidity.

Part of the game, brother.

They’ve updated the packaging but it’s still a blast.

I grew up playing Mille Bornes. Couldn't remember how to play it now to save my life...

No one played Rook?

Sort of like spades except the highest bidder for the kitty gets to choose which color of the four is Trump.

Also played a lot of hearts, spades and even rummy.

The “Adult” versions of cards against humanity is funny, while you’re having a few with close friends and adult family. Explicit language doesn’t quite give you the full gist.
It’s fairly nasty,

There is a non adult version? CAH gets so detailed on some responses we have had to look up some terms. And afterwards wised we didn't.

Forgot about solitaire. We play multiple games a day but it’s online. Taught the kids how to play double solitaire with two decks of cards. Learned that from my college roommate.
