Here's the thing be it right or wrong. No good DB coach or DL line coach is going to want to work under a 30 year old 2nd year DC who just(not all his fault) produced the worst defense in school history.....sorry but.....reality.

There is no way you can be surprised by this. You know as well as anyone that the UF Athletic Administration is probably the worst run entity or department in the entire country. Only the US Gov't can rival them.

All the defensive back recruits, said it does not change their commitment to Florida.

Defensive line recruiting is a little bit dicey.

Does it really matter? There's been a pretty noticeable drop off in S&C but I guess some staff members have to stay. Seriously if Napier's staying, what aspect or position group played good ? Receiver maybe?

Thanks for the update. I can now sleep soundly knowing that a 17 or 18 year old kid is not going to change his mind over the next month or so.

Honestly, Powell may be the most underrated, under appreciated player of the last decade. He wasn’t always the star of the play, but the kid gave 100% and was often the catalyst(Grier to Callaway) of those moments.

Dexter would’ve been great here if he was surrounded by better players. It was easy to take him out of the play.

Hocke is a ULL guy so this makes sense. Wonder if Napier is gonna Mullen this and keep his buddies around

WB, RB, and WR. Imagine how much better they would’ve all played if we had somebody who could call plays.

Fisch is going to have talent at the skill positions to score. If Slingblade can bring some talent in on the lines via recruiting and the portal, he may just leave Fisch a nice offense behind for a quick turnaround. It's the only thing keeping my hopes up for now.
