(Why is their facility $13 million more than ours? Nearly double the price we paid of $17 million)

- Georgia officially broke ground for its new indoor football building on Tuesday. Fundraising for and construction on the $30 million building is already underway, and it is scheduled for completion next January. In the meantime, the Dawgs will have a temporary practice areas.
Jeremy Pruitt’s public pressing helped lead to the project, but he’s not around to see it, now Alabama’s defensive coordinator.

Paying more doesn't always mean better. Buddy buddy deals, etc. That said, could be different construction, amongst other situations that may cause the price to rise. That cost could also expand beyond the physical facility itself.

The price is much higher because they had to hire GT engineers and they gouged them.
