Yes, alcoholism is a disease but based on previous irresponsible behavior by Sarkisian while under the influence, wouldn't USC have grounds for termination for cause?
Of course they should. However, we have a many idiots serving as judges.

So true. Sark looks weak here and in doing this I would think he has ruined his career. And let's stop with the disability BS. That is bizarre. Is alcoholism a disease? I think not. Some think it is. But I don't think anyone would think it's a disability.

I just got a good laugh out of reading the BS from Sarkisian's attorneys. If it wasn't drinks that made him act like a raving lunatic, what was it? Ludes? :lol: Thanks to ******* lawyers and judges, no one is willing to accept responsibility anymore. It's always someone else's fault.

Alcoholism is a disease mostly diagnosed, not by MDs, but by cops asking you to
stand straight, touch your nose, walk this line … etc.
