Anybody know about that kid from NC State? He is also a true freshman but had to redshirt because he was an EE there. He seems to be the forgotten freshman because he was added later. I "think" he was a center.?.?. Maybe he could outplay Dillard for the job next year....

You would hope the good and smart ones would see the holes they can fill. Young guys don't always see that though.

If I was confident in my own abilities and liked everything else about the school, then yes. We ultimately don't need divas afraid to compete just because they have some stars next to their name.

Any half way decent QB can see they'll get a chance to compete right away. If a big name QB prospect jumps on board, then others will see the potential to turn things around. Right now, JMac's gotta, gotta, gotta get a big name QB with lots of excitement around him to commit to this class if he wants a quick turn around.

I would prefer one that has proven he can play, in the interim. Like a grad transfer or solid juco.
