Which game, which moment, what were the circumstances?

Be sure to admit how wrong you had been til that point.

There'll be a whole lotta lying going on in this thread.

I had a slight inkling with the Miss St game; the dwags game I thought, if we only had the players; the Cocks game convinced me they were on the right track.

I know game 1 was a cupcake, the team looked focused in every aspect. They looked motivated the entire game. No dragging in the 4th quarter. Again it was a cupcake, but it was a blowout and full reversal from last regime. Dumb azz butters couldn't ever blowout a cupcake

Early on ...O&B.

S&C was for real.

Had doubts after UK but after they bounced back and every week was an improvement.

Again I am not expecting NC....YET

I'll admit I was not a fan of the hire. His offense works when you have a Tebow, Dak.. but they don't come along that often.

That said, it was day and night between Mullens and that last buffoon with basically the same group of guys, Mullens game planned around the abilities and talent of what he had. He put the kids in a position to win and the losses were due mostly to them not executing.

The biggest thing was getting Frank's serviceable, I had given up and was thinking we should take our lumps with EJ starting the season.

I'm a believer, not Jboss level, but I'm on the train. Especially with recruiting looking up

Beating meatchicken like we did was when I saw the light

I was sold after him hiring Savage. That was probably the most important hire for the program. This team was so GD soft and Savage changed that. I’m very excited about the future.

Convinced on Mullen? Hell, half this board still isn't convinced on Meyer.

Gotta love the trajectory so far of the program but I'm damn sure not convinced on anything other than he's light years ahead of the last two slap dicks.

I was convinced that he was our best option when he was hired, now I still remain open as to his long term success at UF. When we are competitive with the best teams in the country almost every year that will do it for me.

I don't measure him against the 2 buffoons. They made Zook look like the chairman of Mensa.

I'm not sold that "he's the guy" to bring the program back to prominence. One season. We lost to Kentucky. Mizzou handed us our *******s, and the leg humpers pasted us.

Not exactly.

What will it take ? Probably 2-3 years.

I do think he has turned things around from a fundamental of football perspective. He's a good game day coach. With the right playmakers and big uglies, I think he can outfox a lot of coaches in this league on gameday.

But, he's also the CEO of the football corporation.
How's the second year of recruiting? We'll know tomorrow.
How's the second year of off season? We'll know next season.
How is the football facility plan going?
How's the defense?

He's done a heck of a job. Better than I expected overall.

Right now, I grade him a B-. (again, I'm not grading him based on the two prior buttwipes + Adddazio)

We'll talk again tomorrow.

I only liked this for the words “slap dicks”
