I have to admit it's pretty unusual for a coach to gush about one of his own players.Research on him shows he is the leading running back in Hillsborough county history, so that is something positive. This is what his coach has to say about him . Seems like a guy who could be a gem.
Anyone can produce with a solid o-line. I personally could have a 1,000 yard season behind the Cowboys OL.With a solid o-line, this guy can produce.

After watching his tape, I think the 4.5 time is accurate. He is usually running away from people no matter the team. He is listed at 185-190. I'm not interested in going back to the Demps/Rainey era. He better be able to put on weight. Runningbacks are usually a dime a dozen. With a solid o-line, this guy can produce. I'd rather they take a chance on another Jawaan Taylor than this guy. Also, still a better prospect than Kadarius Toney. Never mind Toney is finishing near last in his races. Hey, the dude can throw a javelin. That's 5 star worthy.
plays with good pad level.
Oy, I forgot we lost Massey. He definitely could have helped this year. Did he red-shirt, so he still has 2 yrs with us?
I don't think the medical red-shirts are done until after the season, but I am sure he will request one. No reason for him not to do that.
Looks like Davis was our Plan B, if Lemmon's Lemmoned
Agree. I'd love to know why there wasn't a Plan B (or C, or Z) last year at DT.
I know this may seem foreign to some posters here but there are actually 220-230# RB's with 4.5 speed......I swear I'm not just making it up.....So unless this guy packs on 30# to go with his 4.5 speed color me unimpressed.
That's an old picture man, Bert was well under #350 then....We know you lik'em think 'Crete.
Plan B?????The biggest failure of last year's class was the lack of plan b at DT, in my opinion. Maybe this is a sign, they are learning from that. We shall see.
