The best I've felt after Tebow left was the F$U game in 2012. 11-1, a play or two away from the SECCG and a a few plays away from 9-3 or worse. But Driskel played well, things might have been turning a corner, but then 2013.

The best I've felt after that was after the Ole Miss game in 2015. Big win, Grier rounding into form, but then doping.

It comes down to QB right now. Need to see it. I'm generally optimistic but find truth starts to emerge in October when the big boy games arrive - Ut being an earlier test but bad teams have passed that test. LSU, A&M - that's when we start to see what is what.

I felt good after that also but like the LSU game that year that Jumbo package mess Muschamp was running wore down their defense and allowed us to win the game so it didnt give me confidence with the offense going forward. Any FSU win is always great however.

Meatchicken will be pretty good so a win there can't be downplayed much and I think Tenn with the new QB will be a little better than people think. If Franks is the starter I think we are real vulnerable in both of those games.

If we win ugly against teams like Vandy and people are pounding their chests like we just won the NC you can expect people to point out all the terrible flaws we see every week watching this coaching staff. Those are not excuses they're called observations.
