Wtf? We should be paying north of $5 million a year for coach. This is Florida. Not Baylor! Although Baylor pays $5 million year to Briles. Can we even competitively pay our coaches?!

We've been, relatively speaking, under "Florida" market value the past four seasons under Muschamp. That savings alone should help finance the expected increase.

Agreed. Maybe Foley gets some kind of incentive for staying under budget or something ?

What does a previously decided schedule have to do with our potential coaching candidates?

I'm not saying it's a rotation...but it's a rotation.

He does have a little Muschamp in him.

Oh well, I guess most everybody will be over Freeze after that show of fire and emotion. Cannot be having any of that.

We didn't want him anyway.

Yes. Because that's the real reason we all wanted WM to go.

I think people forget what a whiny, arrogant brat Spurrier could be in his younger days here. And of course, Meyer was an absolute jerk and liar that would've describe the Kennedy assassination as "slight head injury, should be a go for Saturday". Nobody cared about that because those guys won. WM's ranting, combined with poor decision making, and ultimately leading to a loss was the reason people disliked those tantrums. Punching a blackboard instead of just coaching up players and instilling in them the confidence to win is a failed concept.

Part of his "salary" includes casino credits in Biloxi, a time share in Galveston, and 2 Go Phones with premium "Dallas" theme song ring tones for he and his wife.

They're creative, but it's there.

Mike Gundy wouldn't be a bad back up plan. 82~43 at ok st. Les miles was 28~21. But I'm not going to change the topic too much

Too be fair we were paying Chimp almost triple what he's worth. And per win he probably was one of the highest paid in the US.

We paid WM way too much. And the extension was bad.

Yup! This should disqualify him, according to the precedent set by some fans. We don't want a coach who displays a little emotion and fight. O_O

I don't care for coaches who get into it with fan but other than that the one thing that I did like about Muschamp was the emotion he showed.
