They both will play. Muschamp is covering his bases. Gawd he's awful. To quote someone else...the guy is a dinosaur at 40. Terrible.

I'm very worried, Driskel will play 80% of the snaps.

Muschamp said Treon Harris will play this week. Driskel probably will start, but both will play.

I just finished listening to the press conference. Muschamp did not say Driskel will start... he said if he had to name a starter today... it would be Jeff. Of course that would be the case... Treon hasn't been in practice for a week, he isn't going to be named starter today.

People need to listen to the whole statement

Driskel starts but Treon gets snaps early. Safest strategy if Treon doesn't play like most think he will play.

Still holding on, eh? You'll come around.

Driskel will start and get at least 90% of snaps, and very possibly all of them. Muschamp may throw the fans a bone and let Harris come in and have a two yard run or something. Don't count on Harris passing even if he takes snaps.

Not sure it matters anymore. Harris is an upgrade but he can't stop third and 25. He can't catch his own passes.

The whole team is uplifted when Treon plays, look at the 4th quarter in Knoxville for reference.

Of course it matters. If he throws the ball like it appears so far with some touch - the drops should go down to about 2 per game like many teams have. Heck even that Westbrook drop was a little bit of Driskel's fault watching it on ESPNU with a different view he threw it behind him some as Westbrook was moving the other way. Driskel has horrible touch on his passes usually.

If CWM had any interest (or balls) in winning the SEC east, Driskel would no longer even be in his vocabulary. I don't think Treon will light it up by any means, but I do believe he'll commit far fewer bone-headed plays which will be just enough to get by most teams in the SECe, it's just that bad.

A two QB system is the worst possible scenario.

But he can extend drives past one 3 and out, giving the defense much needed rest. The D has zero time to recover when Driskel is at the helm.
