Foley will do what he has to do, on his schedule. Anyone who thinks he should be fired too is out of their mind. Machen would have to fire him, and the chances of that happening are less than zero, or perhaps for those who remember their calculus at UF, an imaginary number.

Pros- Moral boost ala USCw, Recruits would know it's gonna get better, fans will come back,
Cons - It's not necessary because no one is available (weak argument), Assistants will look for jobs (like they aren't already)
