Garoppolo went down with a shoulder injury, and in comes Jacoby to save the day. CBS thinks he transferred from FSU to NCSU.

Not watching the game but just heard on the radio that Garoppolo has an injury to his shoulder and now Brissett is in for New England. Garoppolo is questionable to even return.

You have to get up early to beat these habitual thread-starters.

I'll be surprised if that's not a broken collarbone.

That was my first thought. I've broken my collarbone twice, and you get lightheaded as hell trying to walk away. Seeing how he couldn't take more than a few seconds without stopping, that's my guess. That plus his arm was hanging dead. If it was just a shoulder sprain or whatever, he would have jogged off and been able to at least move his arm.

The graphic posted by the network said he was a transfer from Florida State. What a bunch of amateurs.

How many scores did he lead them to?

Defense and FG kicker made it close.

It was 24-3 New England when Brissett came in just before halftime. Brissett led them right down the field, coming out of halftime, NE scored a TD. After that, NE allowed 21 TDs in the second half.

So, you could blame it on Brissett but he was 6-9 for 92 yards. The Defense slacked off the entire 2nd half. But don't let that get you off of Muschump's knob.

Belichick is an arrogant one. They are playing the Texans with that defense this week and he is going to have Julian Edelman as the backup QB and not sign anyone else to be available if Brissett goes down. Crazy stuff.
