Driskel seemed to earn the respect of Muschamp, but he never seemed to earn the respect of the rest of the team. By that I mean the team never really believed that Driskel was going to come through and make something happen. When Treon Harris was put in the light went on. It was let's get up and go and get it done. You could call it leadership. Leadership is only partly based on ability. You have to have ability to provide leadership, but you can have ability and not have leadership. Leadership can be loud, but it can also be quiet. It is confidence in yourself and having others have confidence in you. Some have it. Some don't.

I think the team can tell who the better QB is and many probably thought Harris should have had the job sooner...
