The American version is one L, but in any marketing piece I've ever done for meetings, etc., I've used 2. I think 1 looks weird.

Canceled with one L is super weird. Consonant, vowel, consonant, -ing should double the second consonant. Like putting. Both versions are correct, though.

Canceled or cancelled is the past tense of the verb to cancel. Both spellings are correct; Americans favor canceled (one L), while cancelled (two Ls) is preferred in British English and other dialects.
