Either spelling is correct. I usually do the double L spelling.
In the US? Not that I've seen.
The American version is one L, but in any marketing piece I've ever done for meetings, etc., I've used 2. I think 1 looks weird.In the US? Not that I've seen.
Canceled or cancelled is the past tense of the verb to cancel. Both spellings are correct; Americans favor canceled (one L), while cancelled (two Ls) is preferred in British English and other dialects.
