Never understood Cincy picking Driskel up when SF cut him. He looked as bad as he did here in those preseason games throwing to the other team.
The OL was the best we've had this decade and the RBs were good. But you are right. He wasn't the only issue we had.
He probably could be playing in the NFL today if he had been moved to TE. He is at least as talented as Jordan Reed. It wasn't his fault we had no better QB talent on the roster.
2012 Driskel also had a way better o-line in front of him than Grier did. Not a good comparison as at all, do a little homework next time.
Well there it is then. Grier was not a leader or he would have given the PEDs to his OL.
No matter how much "some" in the NFL wanted to believe they could fix him I've always said he was A$$!!! Driskel is the "master of panic" who $hit's on himself (and his team) under pressure. He will never be more than a practice squad player and in my opinion he should be happy as hell to be that!Never understood Cincy picking Driskel up when SF cut him. Chimp was never going to play Brissett. We had Brissett, wish they'd given him more of a chance, but muschamp was hell bent on Driskel from the beginning.
