IDK, having more than one screen name would get confusing, to me at least. I'm not a fan of the practice either. Seems deceptive and on a message board, things are already deceptive and vague enough.
I wouldn't call what Gren and others did cheating either (unless I'm not privy to some inside information), I'd call it more like 'manipulating the system'. I never made multiple bets on the same action as I didn't know you could until I started seeing it being done. Still didn't interest me. I liked betting on multiple games/stat lines each week and seeing how I did. Overall, I came out pretty well, but way behind the 'manipulators'. Make the max bet $250 and take away the ability to bet more than once on a specific action, then the playing field becomes equal.

I obviously missed that post. Seems silly to put a $250 limit on bets, then say you want everyone to bet as much as they can, allowing multiple $250 bets. Why the limit?

That was a PM to me. I asked if the betting was halted once we bet a $1000.

Well then there you go - we all weren't playing with the same information. So whatever you did, I have no problem with as it wasn't your choice to withhold this valuable information from all participants. Full disclosure from Ox and the sportsbook operator (NV) would have been nice.

I think that most people pick up that Infomation on their own.

I had my betting style and stuck with it. Rarely bet over $110 on any action and occasionally would put down $250 on the sure bets, where you were likely making multiple $250 bets. I just didn't see the fun in manipulating the system like that.
