At this point I think we have safety covered.
W a guy who won't commit much less sign? We haven't taken a legit safety in the last two classes, we can use 3.

Their classes are a lot smaller, but with ridiculous averages. They'll pass us easily if they take a few more.

They’ll probably rank higher this year, and maybe even next. The luster doesn’t wear off immediately. We were still killing it into 2013, despite being garbage post 2009. The thought process is that uga is a great destination. That is beginning to change and will further if they don’t start putting up some titles.

Britt was recruited as a safety. Johnson and Torrence are also. Three in this class alone. McDaniel if he wanted to flip would be in and Williams is out there. However, I’m not counting them.
My bad. Hearing DB recruit often puts me to sleep. Are they hitters? Or CBs who can't cover well enough to play corner? I remember being impressed with Johnson's speed but little else.

Graham is solid...why would we process a four star?
That's fine. Unimpressive offer sheet and I always had the feeling he was only a take because of Bowman. Saw him in person maybe half a dozen times and thought he looked pretty good despite being ranked 800 or whatever.

Johnson and Torrence are hitters. Britt is a little small. I wouldn’t be shocked if Kimbrough doesn’t play safety also. IMO he is sized for it.

The whole "come win championships with us" mantra cant be selling too well right now. He has had a more talented roster than Clemson for years and on par with Bammer.

The other mistake I see in recent classes is they’re going national a lot, like we did in 2007-2012. It backfired on us then, and that was before the portal made it so easy to leave. A guy like Washington will probably sign with them. But I’ll be shocked if he’s on their roster 24 months from now. Adversity in your home region is totally different than adversity a thousand miles away. If they’re not winning big, they’ll see major defections, because as you say, the whole pitch is that they’ll win championships. That’s gonna get stale if it hasn’t already.

I honestly don't care if we rank lower. What matters is we are addressing positions of need at the LOS, and not stacking the class with another DB/ CB / DE.

Interestingly the state of Georgia has (per Rivals) 37 blue chippers this year, including six 5*s. Ugly currently only has 4 of the BC’s committed to them. That’s not a good recipe IMO. (Clemson has 6; Barn has 5; and Bama has 4.)

If you want to talk about an off the radar recruit that would surprise everyone, Sav'ell Smalls. Washington lost Peterson and he seemed to genuinely like UF. I don't see him flipping at all, but that's the type of news I expect to hear if 2bits source is right and not just another Norvell (i.e. POS)

Meh, UW hired their DC to be the HBC. If Smalls liked the DC (likely his main recruiter) then I don’t see any reason he’d back off his commitment.

All that post says to me is that UGA bias in the recruiting system is real. There is literally nothing that will change now that HS season is over except where someone commits but 247 is leaving the possibility of bumping him way up open.
That guy copied and pasted the same thing to the Florida board too. Wasn’t just the dwag board
