Porter Moser and Loyola really laid a fat stinky egg. Ill prepared, poor shooting, missed fts, and many defensive lapses(all sound familiar?). Just poor coaching on his part so you wonder if teams won't call him now especially after IU went with a guy who doesn't even know how to recruit.
Wow you really out did yourself here
@Jbossgator8. You must really be out of it. Letting one game determine that Moser is now on Mike's level. Mike's has shown his inability to manage game situations multiple times a year, a month, a week. Moser waltzs into games with guys who look like a bad church league team and competes with the biggest and best. One bad game by his coached team does not make a trend. As I have never complained about Mike regarding missed FT's and missed shots, coaches don;t do the shooting during games. What to watch for is what do they run to try and get good looks. Bad defense? You are nuts. If not for Loyola's defense in the 1st half against OSU, they would have been down 25 b/c they could not throw the ball into the ocean standing on the beach. Ill prepared? They gave up 24 points in the 1st half! When they did find the basket late in the 2nd half, they could not get key stops on D, but they did not allow easy open looks. OSU made some tough shots and that can happen.
Not fouling up three inside 7 seconds is indefensible. Just ask Mike, ask Cronin last nite against Bama. Thankfully only looks stupid b/c his players dominated OT, as opposed to looking moronic.
