And then this stat made me nauseous:
AR15 will have the starting job by the Alabama game
Well, EJ is a bit on the light side, so who knows.Only if EJ gets hurt. You saw the whole Franks / Trask debacle right?
I think EJ will be fine. He’s not a pocket passer and I think they’re trying to get him to stay in the pocket and go through progressions in the practices.
here’s a nice little reminder on him.
In the few glimpses of AR15 we've seen, he looks like his ceiling could possibly be as high as Cam Newton. EJ's might be more like Treon Harris. While I certainly hope EJ plays lights out, I suspect AR will be the better fit in this offense. I’d like to say time will tell, but we all know how stubborn Mullen is.
This brings up an interesting (to me anyway) question: what coaches have the best record against teams that are more talented?he is what his record says he is.
80% of the coaches would do the same, beat only the teams with less talent.

Treon Harris... Really? In the few glimpses of AR15 we've seen, he looks like his ceiling could possibly be as high as Cam Newton. EJ's might be more like Treon Harris.
And then this stat made me nauseous:
And most of Coach Ogre's losses came at Ole Miss. Not fair - most of CDMs losses came while at Miss St
Yat, Farmer Ted still won a championship when he got real talent. You proved my case. And most of Coach Ogre's losses came at Ole Miss.
The difference is Mullins is still hitting .250 vs ranked teams and O is beating Mullinz with his scout squad while 35 players down.
sounds like the defense is getting in mid season form. What’s this I’m hearing about EJ throwing for 497 yards at practice today?
Cut throat hasn't had time to coach him down yet.Sapp (who just got on campus a week ago) has had the best punch off the line and is one of our better defensive lineman right now. He is supposedly killing it.
