Damn. I didn't realize Kiffin was doing so well. He's 8-2 but who did he beat? Well we talk a lot about recruiting and team talent and a coaches records against teams with more talent. This season Kiffin has beat:

Arky
Tennessee
LSU
Texas A&M

All have a higher team talent composites (Arky's about even). I will have to look it up but I don't think any SEC coach has four victories against better competition in a single season.
Kiffin is tearing it up.

You’re an embarrassment. Who’s your hire? I’d hang my hat on Kiffin all day w/ DJ. Who are you begging to get?
My position has never changed - Walt Bell. He's available and would probably be interested.

You know Dieon is so many quality points down, he has zero chance to ever graduate from college don’t you?

I honestly have no idea what you are saying here.

Deion did eventually earn/buy a degree from Jackson State so not sure what that was about.

In addition I was commenting on Deion being listed as an OC. My point was that Deion is a moron, thus invalidating any suggestion of hiring him and then doubling down on the ridiculousness of the post by pointing out that he was a defensive guy.

The fact that so many are calling for Lame Kitten shows just how far we have fallen. Would he be better than Mullen? Yep. But my dead mom would be better than Mullen....I wouldnt want Kitten on the campus in any capacity.

Most real colleges don’t forgive F’s which put you 2 quality points below a 2.0 gpa per credit hour. Dieon had so many hours of F at FSU it was impossible for him to EARN enough A’s to get back to 2.0 average to graduate. He just wouldn’t go to class and the state had to pass a law to keep Bowden from continuing to play him anyway…
It was more of a joke post…don’t worry about it.

I don't think we want Franklin after his discipline issues at Vandy.

Pittman - even if you wanted him, he won't be pried from Arky to come fix this shyt.

I think ND has a lot of deficiencies by circumstance. But the few times I've watched them play over the past few years, they really seem to play hard and recruit well for the barriers they have. Brian Kelly certainly would seem like an upgrade. But it's not an exciting pick.

I think what Urban did initially was change the culture at UF. That of course deteriorated, but we need someone who will bring discipline back to the program. Mullen thought he could use the transfer portal to patch issues, but it brought in more toxicity to a program with no discipline.

I want Kiffy, just so we can roll into Knoxville every other year, and watch the hillbillies choke on their chew and bust an overall strap when the Lane Train hangs half a hundred on ‘em.

Other than that game, hard pass.

I’ll take the Sparty coach. Probably a boring brand of ball, but he’ll bring NFL credibility w/ the discipline and toughness we haven’t had in a LOOOOONG time around here.

I agree which is why I suggested that he “bought” his degree.
I am old school when comes to people scamming the system without ramifications and I will never stop criticizing Sanders for driving the passage of “The Deion Law” that makes it impossible (ha ha) to play football without at least pretending to be a student.
I will stop now

Urban was the epitome of disciplinarian. Hell, he even had his own hit man

You fuchers acting like UF is in a position to turn it's nose up at Lane Kiffen is silly. Are you forgetting our last 3 coaches were Will Muschamp, Butters and Mullen? Kiffen takes shyts that know more about scoring points than those 3 combined. Outside of Meyer, Saban, Riley and Dabo (0% chance we get any of those) who else would make a bigger splash then Kiffen right now? Kiffen with Durkin would recruit with uga and what we need first and foremost is someone to come restock the talent.

Sure it's probably 50-50 chance Lane would get fired in 3 or 4 years for fuching a co-ed but we'd be loaded on both sides of the ball. There's a reason Kiffen was scooped up so fast from FAU while the other group of 5 coaches some of you keep fawning over weren't. His offensive philosophy is the closest to SOS's as anyone in the game today and he's a shyt talking smart ass to boot.

Him with Durkin is first on my list with probably Cristobal 2nd. If UF can't land either of those I'd rather go get a young offensive coordinator from the NFL than a group of 5 guy.
