Ah, the AP. Such great reporters. So focused on making a race comment that they don’t bother doing any research. Freeman would not be ND’s first black coach; Ty Willingham holds that distinction. Maybe he wasn’t black enough for them?

@ESPNRittenberg: Can confirm per source that #NotreDame running backs coach Lance Taylor will remain on staff in South Bend. Taylor, also the team's run game coordinator, has been on staff since 2019. Another big keep for ND/Marcus Freeman.

I think it was J that stated how unreal it was that he was still a head coach. No one has parlayed things, while never really ever having any success, as well as the Daz.

I’ll never hate a UF coach as much as I hated Addazio. Every time he fails miserably, it’s vindication.

Kelly will win some games at LSU and Napier may be another Mullens, but at this point, I would take Napier over Kelly straight up. The contractual differences are just gravy.

Simple. His press conferences— from the beginning—beat out late stage Chump for arrogance, defensiveness, and hostility. Expectations were not tempered at that point. We just won two nattys. We had one of the most talented teams in college football. His position group, offensive line, couldn’t make a hole for chipmunk, and couldn’t block a gimpy labradoodle from getting through, and he had no accountability whatsoever. His whole Sgt Slaughter shtick set me off from hello because he was clearly an adult toddler with a bad mustache. Yeah Fuchs that guy.

You must have never heard of Will Muschamp. He never won a lot but was CFB's highest paid coach last year.
