SS? Oh yeah that's right. I've called him so many other things the last few years I almost forgot his initials.I love how hiring a new head coach has really stirred the pot here. This place is so much more interesting now that Dan is gone. We actually have multiple topics to discuss. If anyone thought this place was stuck in a rut over the past few years, those days are over. Ox is demanding everyone get all up in their feels and provide feedback. Durty, Douglas, and Rat are arguing about... something... maybe semantics at this point, I don't know. Threat and BMF are arguing over tweets that no one knows wtf any of them mean. People were entertained by a mom who threatened to fight everybody on the block. And then some wanted the new coach fired over a kid who decommitted; and we still haven't really nailed down whether or not Napier even wants the kid. And the entire place went orgasmic over hiring a new assistant coach, with some ready to put Napier in the ROH. Others are finding out they're neighbors... Honestly, it's all so beautiful
I would love to see SS fire Mike White today, if for no other reason than to watch this place go absolutely bananas. I'm not sure we could handle that much at once.

Same. I've decided to be cordial since he finally fired cousin Eddie, opened up the checkbook, and the initial impressions Napier has made so far. Soooooo... he's back on my good side again. Check back in a year or so for a progress report and we'll see what I'm calling him then.

Went from underwhelmed to lukewarm to now pretty dammed excited about the hire.
The fact that we're finally coming into the 21st Century with facilities and support staff means we can finally be on equal footing with the teams we are chasing, but it won't help us compete for championships without the players and a championship level system on offense and defense (see the ball-lickers for what happens when you only have elite recruiting).
So far Napier's vision of assembling a top staff and have them working their asses off seems to be true. I'd say there's no reason not to be cautiously optimistic, but we will know a lot more after seeing him coach and recruit for a year or so.

It's decent - it's only $10 for the first year so I figured why not. Some good info, they hired solid reporters. It's not as user friendly as the program you're using here though (or it's just my biased being so used to this board).
I wouldn't worry about an exodus at all. You can tell the users there have come from all over the place though.
