My Personal Best Half Marathon was a couple of years ago at 1:33:40, which was an average pace of 7min10sec. Did a 19:10 5k that same year. I’ve been a runner my whole life and all my personal bests happened while in my 40s.

I know BMF and Ray are/were excellent runners.

Oh, and Fuch Dan Mullen. Just disappear maggot.

That blunder has been committed several times on this board by many different members towards others. It’s nothing personal, it’s just sometimes a dart thrown in the wrong direction. I have zero faith in the membership’s intellectual power to learn from this embarrassing lesson that’s been taught on multiple occasions. It’s part of the GCMB’s charm.
