At least he’s acknowledging he need to step down to play. Wish him well. I heard all the talk from people, but never saw it in him while here. Maybe a much needed change of scenery again.
Anyone old enough to remember Marquette Smith? Nothing new under the sun.

I guess I'm salty but I'm not wishing bowman luck. The kid's a flake that doesn't want to do the work. Transferred from clemson, transferred from florida, and now is stepping down to UCF. Real D1 competition just wasn't his bag. I'll admit watching him his whole high school career I thought he'd be special. But three transfers since his career started?

Have fun never having a chance at winning anything kid.

Please note, some months from now Bowman may be thinking: "Boy, I wish I were still at Florida."??
No one will ever know. Bowman's got itchy feet.? Still, if he's serviceable down in Diztown, then it will illustrate the wise resolve of coach Nap to recognize precisely how to handle a good stable of RBs. Plus, isn't this a true indication that our ground attack is very solid & ready to go. UF's gonna have a "drive-thru" ground attack that will plow the field. And, if so, think how much fun our gelling OL will have.
And UF is coming with big WR downfield blockers.

That's right Rog. I think our stable of RB's is very solid and will be just fine. Naprier's approach to building the OL and also the DL is most important. Many of us have said for a long time that the LOS is where we need be solid. And UF has been in a OL slump going back to what Muschamp left us and the misses from the staff's after that. I do feel that our running game is going to be a big bright spot for this team.

For me, it's kind of like fighting fire with fire, or in this case fighting ass holes with ass holes. TBH, I had both Kiffin and Cristobal ahead of BN, but apparently, "we" fell in love with Billy at the one and only interview we bothered to conduct, and the rest is history (albeit brief). But to this point, the better gameday coach of the two (Kiffin) is not exactly killing it on the trail - and the one who many say can't coach a lick (Cristobal) is bashing our brains out in recruiting. Go figure.

We brought in Napier to "build" a system...He studied Saban's twice...And his process is modeled after Saban's. Saban has nothing but good things to say about him...That said, Napier's scheme is his own, a conglomeration of several systems.

I look at Napier like Pell, who made it MUCH easier for SOS...who has said as much. Whether Napier survives or not...he's doing the heavy lifting for the next guy.

I believe Napier was ready for everything that hit him with the exception of NIL. No one knew it was going to blow up like it did.
NIL will be a major part of his success or lack of at Fl.
NOL was right on in his assessment. Napier has done more for the players than any coach I can remember. Housing, food, parking …. But until they figure out NIL It don’t matter who the coach is.

We have so much stench lingering over the program from hiring a slew of lousy coaches I wouldnt want Kiffen to drive past the swamp yet alone coach in it.
