When my dad died in '87, we flew Space A to/from the States. On the way back to Germany, we flew on a C-141 from McGuire to Mildenhall, then on a Fokker from Mildenhall to I think Zweibrucken and had to catch trains the rest of the way back to Fulda. It was night time and I remember an indoor skating rink on the base. Did Zweibrucken have an indoor rink I think in a big old brick building? As someone who graduated from Zweibrucken American High School in '82 I can certainly vouch for this comment.
Don't know what kinda clubs you hang out in (NTTAWWT) but where I go the exotic dancers are girls.Do you still keep in touch with him?
Alex.
Panama? Seriously? Panama is what opened your eyes to cold weather?Never got to go to Germany. I wanted to go but after spending 15 months in Panama, I realized I wasn’t cut out for cold weather.
YupPanama? Seriously? Panama is what opened your eyes to cold weather?
I got that backwards. Lol. I thought you went as far north as Panama and decided that was cold enough.Yup
I realized I am allergic to cold weather. I went from NY to TN to Panama. The more time I spent in warm weather, the happier I was.
Now that I’m retired, I’m considering moving back to Panama, for winter months.

EDIT: after doin' some interwebz research, I'm confirming Zweibrucken as where we landed because I see they got a squadron of Sherpa's in '83, but I think I'm wrong about the indoor rink... probably Spangdahlem or some other fancy assed Air Force place!
That haircut is bitchin' 80's!!!! We got to see Shaq play during I think his freshman year of HS. His dad was stationed in Wildflecken, but the kids there bussed up to Fulda AHS every day.Good memory. There was an ice skating rink on the base and is still in use by the locals after the base closed in '93. Here is a shot of our title winning Zwei Trojans from 1982. Look at the hair on 31.
Alex reads "exotic dancer" and thinks of a man. Maybe his "daddy". Who knows.
Is this your first day? It's called zinging the hell out of you, which is why it has 20 likes. I laughed. Learn to take it and move on, it's a message board.Alex reads "exotic dancer" and thinks of a man. Maybe his "daddy". Who knows.
Let's be honest. The board needs any activity it can get.Is this your first day? It's called zinging the hell out of you, which is why it has 20 likes. I laughed. Learn to take it and move on, it's a message board.
