Same!Holy smokes. That’s exactly the one we had. Case and all.
This pic needs to be removed. At the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL they have a ride just like this called the "G-Force Accelerator" that does that exact same thing. It has been in operation for many years.
That bath-set takes me back to the early 1990's when I worked in a rug mill making those exact items. Not the best job I ever had but far from the worst too...
i rank loathing a visit to granma's house up there with Philly booing Santa Claus. They never took you to Silver Springs or Juniper Springs in the ONF?I had a grandmother that lived in Ocala growing up. Between the drive, the fact that at the end of said drive I would be in Ocala, and that exact type of bathroom setup, I loathed visiting her. That seat is padded. Zero doubt in my mind.

"The Interstates killed all that was good in America" - Ruby FallsSince Ocala was mentioned.
Six Gun Territory is lost to many generations. The dude "falling' off the roof during the shootout was always a hoot.
Some folks do keep the memory alive.

A lot of the time when I drive to/from Gainesville, instead of taking 10 all the way to 75 and down (or vice versa), I'll hop off I-10 just east of Tallacrappee and take 19 down to 26 and across to Gainesville... it's crazy the amounts of "pre-Interstate" stuff you see on 19, especially in/around Perry... still dozens of old one story motels, some empty, some repurposed to apartments. The old tourist traps on 301/441/27 between Ocala and Belleview. I read somewhere a couple of years ago (like 2-3 tops) that they might actually extend the Suncoast all the say to I think Thomasville... When Son #1 lived in Tampa, Suncoast was well worth the tolls the 2 times we drove a Uhaul truck... there were literally no other vehicles but us. I'm always a nerd looking these things up... I always always recommend them to foreign friends coming to America for the first time that want to drive around America, not fly around America... always take the old roads, you see and meet and experience a different America. Here are 19 and 41The opening of the Suncoast Expressway from just east of Crystal River on SR44 down to Tampa makes 19 a pleasant alternative to 75 when coming and going to the deer camp in SWGA.
