I'm pleased with all the hires. We're going to be a much better team.

Yes. One coaches the right side the other coaches the left side. Makes perfect sense to meCan someone explain to me what Karl's fascination is with having as many O-Line coaches as possible?
BUT WHO’S COACHING THE MIDLINE?!?!?!?!?!?Yes. One coaches the right side the other coaches the left side. Makes perfect sense to me
Do they take turns coaching the centers, or do we have an analyst for that?Yes. One coaches the right side the other coaches the left side. Makes perfect sense to me
One goes guard to tight end and the other goes center to tackleDo they take turns coaching the centers, or do we have an analyst for that?
Yes, but they alternate each week during the season so that no one is overloaded. One goes guard to tight end and the other goes center to tackle
Apparently no one knows what it is.BUT WHO’S COACHING THE MIDLINE?!?!?!?!?!?
He thinks that since OL involves 5 positions it’s better to have one coach for the interior and one for the tackles to give more focused attention during drills, meetings, film study, etc.Can someone explain to me what Karl's fascination is with having as many O-Line coaches as possible? I mean in this situation 2 halfs do not make a whole. We saw that the previous two seasons. I swear 50 years from now there will be a chapter dedicated to Karl in a Management 101 textbook with a chart on how NOT to construct a chain of command.
One more outburst like that and you're getting a vacation.I'm pleased with all the hires. We're going to be a much better team.

I’m thinking it has something to do with the fact that he’s a retard. Can someone explain to me what Karl's fascination is with having as many O-Line coaches as possible? First and 10: If the Head Ball Coach is concerned about Billy Napier, you probably should be, too
Steve Spurrier has questions about Billy Napier and Florida's future. Buckle up. Plus: Ranking SEC coaching contracts, NFL Combine winners and more.www.saturdaydownsouth.com
Media is pretty much torching him now. He's done.
Simple doubling down on being simple. Is he admitting his primary OL Coach is incapable? I do not know of another successful staff that retains two OL coaches.Florida hiring second OL coach, again: Jonathan DeCoster set to join Gators as assistant, per reports | OnlyGators.com: Florida Gators news, analysis, schedules and scores
Following the unexpected departure of Darnell Stapleton, a decision was presented to Florida Gators head coach Billy Napier: directly fill the position with another offensive line coach or take the opportunity to reorganize his coaching staff. Napier has apparently decided to do the former with...www.onlygators.com

Do we know if there has been a STs coach hired and on board? Don't see one listed on Gatorzone.
I would bet Napier ignores the value of having Spurrier around to exchange ideas, rationale, what his thinking is and has had the opportunity but did and ignored or avoided Spurrier's advice.First and 10: If the Head Ball Coach is concerned about Billy Napier, you probably should be, too

I'm pretty sure he still has some coaching they are allowing him to do. We may win some games.First and 10: If the Head Ball Coach is concerned about Billy Napier, you probably should be, too

Still no STs coach on board? Meanwhile, look at the Football Support Staff. He found it necessary and was able to hire that extensive group of positions, but not all that urgent to get someone on board that can maybe prevent another two losses from inadequate STs execution? If he had won 7 or 8 last season, which was within reach, few would be questioning his judgment.Special Teams?
Im excited. I cant wait to watch us in a bowl game at 1am on a Monday.I'm pretty sure he still has some coaching they are allowing him to do. We may win some games.
