There's a lot to potentially interpret here, but the post linked a screenshot of a poster on a message board claiming, among other things, that Kelly to Florida was "basically a done deal" that will be signed shortly and that one of the problems "has been an ex AD who is still involved, and who does not want Chip, and is pushing for (Charlie) Strong."

He as much warned us during the Mac firing presser to not expect anything out of him until an official announcement. He's done just the opposite. He's turned into a tweeting machine.

It’s an interesting denial from Stricklin, because it might not be a denial at all. He didn’t completely dismiss the idea of Kelly joining the Gators, but rather said the poster had “bad info.” That could be referring to any number of things, most likely the accelerated timeline that was rumored to be in place.
