Exactly, lot and lots of government regulations like environmental impact studies that slow down the start of a project and even more government regulations that slow down the progress of a project.

My statement was not political. My statement was factual. Some of the regulations particularly for safety might be a good idea other regulations of course just make projects slower to be completed and more expensive.

You seem to know about this. The baseball stadium is a complicated structure with angles and overhangs etc. The all-in one was a rectangular building with mostly interior offices and some open spaces. If the baseball stadium can be constructed in 40 weeks could the all-in-one be done that fast?

How much does a car weigh? It's hard to judge without seeing conceptual drawings. The baseball stadium is possible I would guess. If the football dream is anything like Oregon's my answer is no.
