Likely but possibly something happened involving one of the other SDE prospects?
Don’t think so. Insiders said this was always a possibility knowing moms control over the recruitment and the hatred she has towards UF due to the colossal POS Butters. They’re not gonna spend money on him and it’s a smart move

Yep, but I always like to throw out a positive possibility. If you think you have a bird in the hand, why bring in Fuller. UF can always let this weekend unfold and then try to get him in the next weekend, if UF is then looking for longer shots.

I think not wasting time on him or allowing him to contaminate others is a positive move.

We only get a certain number of officials. Maybe 50 or 100 or something. I don't recall but it is finite.

Interesting to me that in all those photos of visits with coaches, he is only wearing the school tshirt for the Gator visit.

I don't know about all the silent commit stuff, but we had Steele sewn up about 3 months ago. So apparently we can keep from leaking info. I've heard that the coaches are very confident about landing Elam...like not really worried about it confident. Normally, I'd just laugh, but Mullin actually appears competent. Your observation and the call out about Savage on Twitter, along with the smoke, I'm actually optimistic we land Elam.

Right. Terrible.

Third or fourth string sad ass excuses for a back neither of whom could break the slightest shoestring tackle. Every yard was a reflection of the defenses concern and over-dedication to stopping Tebow.

There is a reason both of them combined didnt get even start a game in the NFL.

If we had just played Mike Gillislee instead we would have had twice the yards.

You’re right. We’ve all witnessed how horrible meyer is at putting the right players in the right position for success. He must’ve been delusional when he made the decision to play Rainey and Demps ahead of Gilly.

Gilly was more suited for the power running game. Quit letting your hatred for smurf backs, or stubbornness, or drinking on the job adversely affect your opinion. Strike the “drinking” comment... You’d be even less entertaining if you started posting sober.

I agree neither should have been a feature back, but 3000+ yards, 6+ YPC,19 TDs and All SEC isn’t “terrible”. And 2 years with Tebow, then I suppose it was Brantley/Reed/Burton/Driskel/Brissett that were striking fear into opponents’ hearts. Rainey had 861 rushing and 381 receiving in that mess his senior year and was All SEC for special teams.

They weren’t calling plays, promoting Addazio or hiring Weis & Pease.
