4-star DT Tim Smith is supposed to attend this weekend. Disturbingly, he's CB'd to Clemson. I'm sick of losing these kids to the out of state schools. I get it w/ some of them, but most kids want to play for their home state schools that they hear about since childhood, not the "hot" school (not that Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State, or UGA just arrived, but I'd assume over a 3 to 5 year career they'd rather play close to home and family). Now that Butters is gone, I'd think these kids would give us more of a serious look.
On a positive note, there are at least six 2020 SDE/DT's visiting and 5 of them are 4-stars. Tim Smith would be the cherry on top and we could shut down DT/SDE recruiting.
