His physical talent is alluring. But, he makes Franks look accurate. Gatewood is the definition of spray and pray. I’d like to see what Mullen could do with him. Still, it is pointless as he will transfer to a school he can play. He’d be third string for us next year.

Ox is having Mucinex induced delirium.

Both my kids have been sick (cold and bronchitis) this week. So I've been running around looking for Mucinex dissolving tablets, dealing with the smell of a raw onion cut in half by the beds, having little ones invade my bed, and fighting off mountains of stuffed animals in their beds, for 5 days at this point.

I feel Ox's pain.

Or you can tell when I've been in and out of bed for a week with bronchitis and can't sleep.
My sympathies. The last time I had it, it took some serious cough syrup (the kind with codeine) to be able to sleep. I felt like a zombie for two days and according to Mrs. G often didn't make much sense when I spoke, but I was able to sleep and recover. Knock on wood, it's been over seven years since I had a bout....

After watching this offense flourish with a proficient passer, I wouldn’t be too excited about a guy who doesn’t throw well. After seeing ARs stats, I’m pretty happy with him coming on board next year, assuming Trask and Jones hang around.

I wonder how long it’ll take UGA fans to start asking the same question Mr. Garner is asking?

There will be grumbling, but Kirby's job is as safe as they come (for now). He's got them on the verge, so they're not going to can him. But the fans will start grumbling - which some already have. Now if he loses to us, then to Auburn or A&M, it'll get loud, but I think he's very safe. I like hearing the noise though and Mullen should jump on it (by getting a few better recruits).

There will be grumbling, but Kirby's job is as safe as they come until Saturday when an emotionally and mentally broken Georgia team beats a hasty, tear-laden retreat northward after getting paddled by Mullen in year two; being plunged headlong into the ice cold reality that year 40 has arrived with a remorseless vengeance.

FIFY

And just as I mentioned earlier this week that maybe Gus will make a QB change. Well he did but not in that context LOL. Look, OX is spot on, this was Cousin Eddie's guy. Gatewood is big, tough, durable, is willing and is a powerful runner. Cousin Eddie has always said in his past that his QB of choice has these characteristics and he would teach him and coach him enough to learn to throw.

How do you think this would affect AR if he did go after this guy? How about EJ? I think it would be a bad idea for the family environment.
