@Swamp Donkey can you believe this? A successful transfer QB. Will be the second transfer QB at a major program to win a conference championship today. Expect another one tonight. But you’re right - should never explore that transfer market.I know our biggest problem on O is the OL, but dang I wish we got Burrow. Although, I heard a rumor that he's really just another team's cast-off...
It should. That was embarrassing, even for the Dawgs.Does this whipping drop UGA behind UF?
You were Army then.If you would just check the casualty rate for major combat organizations, I think the 8th Air Force holds the record. Just sayin'.
After watching OSU slap fight with Wisconsin through the first quarter, question for all: if OSU loses a close one, do you put them in the playoff? Hard to argue against them as they’re clearly a top team but they certainly aren’t playing their A game right now. If it extends through the end of the game, they will have split games with 1 of the 2 teams they played with a pulse.
Be tough to leave out an 12-1 OSU in favor of a 2 loss PAC or Big 10 team that OSU had already beat - even if they split. I’m guessing the committee takes the easy way out and puts OSU in either way.I'm guessing Oregon or Whisky gets the nod, but there could be a lot of bellyaching from the 3-4 teams who get "left out."
It should, but prolly won’tDoes this whipping drop UGA behind UF?
The big ten-ish believes conference championships matter. I think it's only fair to apply their own standard in this hypothetical situation. In my mind, the tiebreaker in a split should be (in many cases) who wins in the title game - bigger stage, so that should matter.Be tough to leave out an 12-1 OSU in favor of a 2 loss PAC or Big 10 team that OSU had already beat - even if they split.
