Heavy, how’s your wife doing?
She’s good, had probably 4 or 5 days of a sinus infection pressure in her forehead and lost taste and smell 3 or 4 days. she went a little off the wagon thinking she’d never be able to taste or smell again, other than that she’s back to 100%. Me and both girls kept distance best we could and haven’t come down with anything. I’m pretty sure I had a version of it back January-ish but who knows.

That’s great news!

Please let me know when it reopens and I’ll come visit you and take you for a tasting.

we have some amazing distilleries in a short driving distance to us. People from around the world come here to do the Bourbon Trail. Ironically I don’t drink bourbon because of a bad experience. The smell makes me sick. I sucked it up once just to try Pappy but I didn’t like it. I tried.

Philly Cheese steak cooked on the blackstone. Buttering the inside of the bun and toasting was a great idea CD.

MMMMM....good.

Did you get your steak already shaved? Kroger has shaved ribeye in 14 oz packages that is awesome.

The Blackstone really is awesome. Used it twice today - pancakes for brunch, then cheesesteaks for dinner.

Provalone? I used Velveeta...it’s a huge debate.

Interesting .....Barclay Prime – This chic Rittenhouse Square steakhouse dishes out the city’s—and possibly the world’s—most expensive cheesesteak. For $120, guests enjoy a gussied-up sandwich stuffed with Wagyu rib-eye, foie gras, truffled cheese whiz and served on a fresh-baked sesame roll. This decadent creation comes, fittingly, with a half bottle of champagne. 237 S. 18th Street, (215) 732-7560

Never tried Wagyu before but would like to. I've heard that you don't even need teeth to chew it. Perfect for folks in Alabama.

Cheeze Whiz shoud be renamed Squeeze Whiz

We just call it plastic.

"Plastic can be divided into two forms: natural plastics (silk and rubber) and synthetic plastics (vinyl and acrylics). ... This concept can be applied to Cheez Whiz, so if you just consider natural plastics, Cheez Whiz is indeed only one step away from plastic!"

I was treated to an incredible meal in Tokyo that included a serving of Wagyu steak. It was 3 bites worth...and probably the most incredible 3 bites of steak I’ve ever eaten. It practically melted in your mouth and was incredibly flavorful. I would have traded all of the other courses for a full plate of the stuff.

You've had some of the finer things in life and yet you like velveeta on your cheesesteak? :lol2:
