I hope a 6 TD, 500 yard game against LSU could lock it up for Trask regardless of the SECCG. But, alas, I don't think that's happening. At times like this I ask myself what will happen assuming the laziest, non-thinking voting. And that leads me to believe Mac Jones will win because he plays for bama and that's the simplest vote.

If we have 500 yards and 6 TDS then Jones will probably end up with at least 5 and 400 to go with Harris’ 250 yard 3 TD game on the ground.

Hopefully smith’s surge at bammer as of late will pull enough votes away from Jones to put Trask over the top.

While you’re correct of course, during the first Joe Gibbs era with the Redskins there was a game where they thoroughly dominated the Cowboys and on a late drive, ran the exact same running play seven times in a row successfully.
I recall watching an interview years later of Russ Grimm talking about that game. He claimed on the last three runs of that series he told the opposing player opposite him they were running the same play again. And the Cowboys still couldn’t stop them.
Sure would be nice to have an o-line that dominant......

Media has already shifted the narrative that mac jones is the favorite. Unless trask grossly outplays bama and we win or give bama the scare of their lives it's already over. Media deepthroats bama and hates us. Always been that way.

Najee and a key turnover were the story until it was 31-3 and in the bag. Jones didn’t have a scoring pass all day. He does little more than wait tables in Sarkisian’s star-studded offense.
It remains Trask’s to lose IMO.
