The aggressive pursuit of Kelly would have been great if it had succeeded. It would have been okay if it had failed but not become widely publicized. But the combination of the wide publicity plus the failure has got to hurt future chances of getting a top coach this round.

Word of caution- This 'too quiet = done deal' is what was said of Kelly/UF news last week.

Honestly if we don't get Frost, which I don't think we will, I would look to the list of NFL assistants/HCs that are on my list. Just not feeling the retreads in the college ranks.

Can you guys try and not get your panties in a bundle? Just because Fowler said Frost is done doesn’t make it true. A lot of people said Kelly was done to us. And Fowler’s colleague Kirk Herbstreit said he’d be surprised if Frost didn’t come to UF. This just tells me not to trust in propaganda. Nothing is F’d here dude... Nothing is F’d!

Not sure Frost coming out and not talking to anyone is really too quiet. He's pretty much owned it.
