As long as it's not that crap Chicago or Cleveland style chilli where they put spaghetti and freaking weird crap like Doritos and stuff in it. What a dump that area of the country is.

I make a pot for a tailgate, usually late in the season when it’s hopefully cooler. You’d never know, though.

My wife gets a large ny strip, slices it into small pieces and makes a chilli with it as the feature. It's a spicy steak chilli. Man it's freaking good, and makes you sweat.

regular chili is unbeatable, but I like to mix it up with some crockpot white bean chicken chili...

• 2-3 chicken breasts
• 32 oz low sodium chicken stock
• 2 (cans great northern white beans
• 2 cans diced green chiles
• 1 jalapeno chopped up
• 2 cans hominy
• cayenne pepper to your liking

8 hours in the crockpot while youre at work.

You know, I don’t! It may be a little embarrassing, but I put Sonny’s beans as the “gold standard”, but I’d be excited to try a good recipe. Do you have one?

Thanks for answering my question. Personally I like dogs.

Cats make a nice addition to chilly if you don't mind hair balls. Warning, they tend to get upset when you try to throw them in the chilly.
