Three years guys who dont produce: Trash, McWilliams, Lenton, and Wells.

Id really like to see Taylor and Stiner on the outbound list.

This is a great point. I think we can all agree about the importance of getting a roster full of blue chippers, but can it be good enough to be around #5 in the rankings (but never 1 or 2) if you are the better play caller and developer? Recent history seems to say no, but logic would seem to say yes.

We need real players, not "roster fillers." Elam goes without saying - he is a vital part of a strong finish. And at least 2 additional big bodied DLs are also a must, three would be even better. And if MAR is still in play, they need to create a spot for him too. The bottom feeders who can't contribute have to go. Welcome to the Darwinian world of modern CFB.
