One of my first memories of going to Gator Games was M2Bs. Thank you for your support of our beloved Gators and your dedication. RIP, George. We have it from here.

It wasn't just his energy and enthusiasm. Look at the way he's dressed, as if he just finished a photoshoot for the 1963 Sears Catalog. Mr. Two Bits personified tradition in a way no one else could.

Yes and without any official ties to our University, an example that no other program can even come close to, and a tribute to him as a person.

Mr 2 Bits was a huge Gator tradition and one of my favorites. As a kid, I was always excited when he led our section. A true Gator Great and I agree he deserves a statue in or by a major entrance to the Swamp. And I didn’t notice anyone else start this, so I’ll get it going...

TWO BITS!!!

I always looked forward to him getting anywhere close enough that everyone would do the cheer. Then one year at the WLOCP, he comes to my aisle! Leads the cheer, and then sits down next to me! For a kid that was a celebrity moment. And we won the game.

A DOLLAR!

I well remember Mr. Two Bits` and respected his energy and enthusiasm. He was not only well known, but respected throughout the college football world. My sincere condolences to his family.

I’m a word person and that’s a fantastic synopsis.
