A big issue with 4 of the coaches - bad assistant coaches. I know this year is like starting over in many aspects for Napier with a new QB and new DC, but you still have to reduce penalties, have better special teams, and CONVERT ON 3rd down!

"They're not capable of running a 2 min offense." That's a serious deficiency that needs to be addressed immediately. Can not wait until next season.

2 min O is a huge part of the game these days. The above Podcast calls him out for the play-fakes and substitutions. Did we just not practice a hurry up this summer? Does Billy not even have a hurry up version of his offense? WTF? Just line up and hand the rock to ETN 4 downs in a row. Guarantee we'll be better off than 33 yards in 4 mins.

Yeah that’s not good. The worst part is the fact that they’re local and have been supportive up to this point. You can do the whole, “now I’m not saying/no one’s saying fire him” routine all you want, but that’s exactly what you’re saying.

On the 2 min thing, it’s a blueprint for every opposing coach. If you can build a lead on us, it’s basically over. KW showed that by going aggressive on the opening play, and by seemingly not caring if the last FG was missed and gave us the ball at the 37. We didn’t have enough time to be a threat because we wouldn’t allow ourselves to become a threat.

And they are likely aware the staff moves slowly to run plays, even when time is essential. Fast paced offense, Special Teams, discipline. Unfortunately, the staff is not prepared.
