Harry Fodder: Closed-Door Scrimmage Intel - Florida Gators

Gators shoot 58% for the game including 13/24 from 3 ball land (54%). KBJ had 17 points and 7 rebounds. Tre Mann with 12 points off the bench. Gators were able to force 21 turnovers and limit USF to 43% shooting.

I don't think his height was really a problem last year. At 6'7 with his wingspan, he should be able to guard most PFs in the country these days. What he needed to gain was more strength.

Looking up the heights of UK and a few others. You are right. Their pf isn't much bigger. Their are a few teams where, if we get far enough, he will be a liability. However, there aren't many of those. Fsux is one opponent he has a height disadvantage.

This first outing was sloppy and still better than past "first-go's".
Jitiboh = 6'11+, 295 lbs (after losing 30 lbs)
This demo was against a "real" team from a real conference USF
USF has : Durr, forward, 7'0", 250 lbs..... Mr. X? 6'10" senior, 260 lbs .... Mack, 6'8"", 261 lbs. ...Yetna, 6'8" ....Kiir, 6'9".
So they sizabull opponent.
We're undefeated. Somebody's preliminary rankings have us at #7.
All our new guys got lots of minutes. White brings them along as a unified unit. These guys should be enjoyable to watch grow fast.
