Based on some insider info that reflects the staff's thinking. I just don't see him more than a possession receiver and I don't really think he's fast enough or quick enough to be even that. Maybe fades in the end zone or screens that are well blocked. However he's not afraid of contact as a strong safety.Where are you getting this info, @leogator ... and what parts are you taking liberty to color yourself? Like when you say ... 'Well that's the thinking right now' ... who's thoughts are you referencing?

Goldilocks is not covering recruiting. Blake Alderman is, now that Stampini was promoted.Higdon? Redmon? That guy who raps but cant raps? Goldylocks?
Well that's the thinking right now. We get him in and he dazzles the coaches with his moves at WR and we will see. I just don't see him getting a lot of separation in his highlights.
I'd rank him a mid 3* WR because he's slow and not quick.I can understand this thinking. I disagree with it. But watching him at safety, I'd re-rank him as a mid tier 3 star as a safety. He looked really slow. That may be due to lack of coaching or familiarity with the position.
or talent issuesTo me, moving from bama to UF to uk hints at grade issues.

Huh?
No player with grade issues that alarmed Bama would even get a return phone call from UF.
UF's football academic standards are waaaaaay higher than Bama's
Law can help with that.He is too good at WR to move to safety. I’m not complaining. I’d love an athlete like him at safety. Kudos to whoever talks him into signing as a safety.

We will have faced Fromm twice and he is far better than Beck and since Beck's completion % is poor, we don't need to keep illustrating how poorly he's doing. Now a side by side comparison of our QB recruits to UGa's QB recruits and FSU recruits would make an interesting thread all by itself.
