I had the hubris to guess 8 wins! But there are people who may be more pretentious than I:

ESPN is projecting the Gators in the Reliaquest (Outback) Bowl against the gophers or boilermakers.

Florida projected to play in January bowl game, per ESPN
That's not bad for Gator Fans or recruiting.

Shreveport used to be the worst...I'd say Birmingham is now.

We get more practice and the NFL kids can sit this out.

:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap: yay. What is the diff if Dec. or Jan? You get 10 or so practices which over time have proven to be not so fruitful for the irrelevant game or even next year. The players care more about the goody bag. And recruits really don;t care b/c 60 or 70 other teams can say they went"bowling also"

I would love for the Gators to play in Tampa to end BN Year One - 20 miles from my front door. But I wasn't right on the number wins, so I don't expect the Gators to play in the refurbished sombrero.

Right or wrong, ESPN did what it does, got me to listen to their story. I haven't called the ticket office yet!

As someone who used to live there, I can say with experience, Memphis wouldn’t be great either. It’s always cold for that game and the stadium is horrendous. (Fun town to drink in though.)

Not really a Memphis fan. West Tennessee never did much for me but neither does Tallahassee.
