I have it on good authority from @Marine1 that this is all #fakenews, all was fine, maybe defense was a touch off but kittens, rainbows, unicorns etc. I’m sure CDM tore the whole team up but was only salty at that rascally defense because completion percentage. Everyone else who watched the game, head coach included, only saw sloppy effort because of feelings.

Don’t know anything about Kittens but the defense stayed on the field for over 9 minutes in the 2nd qtr and it wasn’t quick turnovers by the O that caused that.

What can we surmise from this?

My take on it is who the staff feels are the 2's, and who comes off the bench first.

From the breakdown, I'd say Kimbrough is the first CB off the bench (and he was in w/ the 1's even before Henderson got hurt). They also gave the 1st DL most of the night off - the 2's played more snaps. On offense, the 2nd OL is not rotating in w/ the 1s at all, so if we're in a tight game I imagine the entire 1st team plays the entire game unless there's an injury. Also, Pitts & Krull are getting almost all of the meaningful TE snaps (I think that needs to change because these two are killing us in the running game).
