When Mullen was hired, a lot of people cited his record against ranked teams - especially ranked vs. ranked - as evidence he would do the same at UF.

I’m sure the offensive gains from 2016 would be similar, defense probably not quite as good for reasons we’ve discussed.

Not mentioned: McPherson is actually statistically better than Piniero. And his two misses could actually have been called good as both were above the uprights and appeared good.
