I usually only post something either Mrs G or I made, but am making an exception tonight. Went to Alla Famiglia in Pittsburgh and had the best Veal chop ever. Double cut with rosemary, garlic, and lemon. I’d already cut a big piece off before I took the picture. (Was part of a three course meal with salad and cavatappi with an outstanding homemade tomato sauce.) I felt like Fred Flintstone eating this thing.
