Overruled. One shooting happened in Gainesville when he was partying w Reggie Nelson and the Pounceys a few weeks after he arrived in Gainesville.

That was some other 6'1" 240lbs tattoo covered Samoan or Hispanic guy that had a reason to shoot someone who had been in an altercation with gator football players at a club.
